Shipping Policy
This policy is applicable to Only for Domestic (Australia) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.
HANDLING, TRANSIT & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Order handling time is 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday).
Generally, shipments are in transit for Standard 2–8 business day (Monday to Friday).
And Express shipments 1–4 business day (Monday to Friday).
Order cut off time will be 04:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney)
If you are picking up an order our warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. Please contact us before coming to pick up your order.

Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@showbagsgalore.com.au
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund policy.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
We will provide you with a unique Order ID and listing of the item(s) you have ordered.
